Avaya Partner ACS: Easy to use, program and maintain. The ACS processor and expansion modules are connected together by installing in to a 2 or 5 slot carrier (cabinet). Module types consist of the ACS processor module (supports 5 lines x 9 extensions), 308EC expansion cards (support 3 lines x 8 extensions) and Partner Voice Messaging module. With the Voice Messaging Module installed the maximum configuration is decreased because the module takes up one of the 4 available expansion slots. Another voicemail option for the ACS is the PCMCIA voice messaging cards. They are available in two sizes. A 2 Port X 4 mailbox card and a 2 port X 16 mailbox card. These cards provide auto attendant and voicemail for smaller applications and mount directly into the ACS processor itself. Partner ACS System Package

Avaya Magix: Designed for larger applications, the Magix is one of the most complex and expandable phone systems that we offer. The Magix system modules are housed in a 6 slot carrier (cabinet) and expansion carrier if configuration exceeds first carrier. The Magix supports ISDN, T-1, Multi Site Networking and other high end applications. Expands up to 80 lines and digital 200 telephones. It can also be configured to support older Merlin phones and/or Partner phones. This can help make upgrading from the Partner to the Magix less costly.  Magix System Package

Panasonic KX-TA824: Also good choice for small growing businesses. Initially configured for 3 lines and 8 telephones and expandable to 8 lines and 24 telephones. Expansion is accomplished by adding appropriate modules. Lines and extensions are added by installing the KX-TA82483 combination module. The second expansion module, KX-TA82470, provides connections for 8 additional extensions (Max 1 Per KX-TA824 system). Integrates with KX-TVA-50 & KX-TV200 Voice Processing Systems.
